Neila Da Conceição
CEO
Her career began in operational and technical roles within Mozambique's oil and gas operations, closely involved in field logistics and contract management alongside international operators active in the Rovuma basin. Over the years she took on progressively broader responsibility for project coordination and client relationships, eventually leading multidisciplinary teams in an industrial setting. That field experience shaped a management approach focused on practical outcomes and a genuine understanding of the operations she supports. She now directs Moz Petrol Energy & Consultory, setting the company's strategy across its four fronts and ensuring every mandate is executed with technical rigour and accountability.
Haiyder Armindo
CTO
His career developed at the intersection of technology and industrial operations, with a path linked to process digitalisation at an industrial services contractor in the region. He specialised in operational data systems, remote monitoring and the integration of technical management platforms, areas critical to oil, gas and energy operations that depend on continuous visibility over their assets. He brought that experience to Moz Petrol Energy & Consultory, where he coordinates the company's technology and the integration of digital tools across the projects it supports. His current focus is ensuring that the technology used by the company and its clients supports faster, safer operational decisions.
Rui Dos Santos
CMO
Rui Dos Santos built a career on the commercial side of sectors where the buying decision is technical and slow — energy, industrial services and supply to large-scale operations. The work centred on market development and institutional client relationships, where business depends less on campaigns than on demonstrated credibility, proposals that survive technical scrutiny, and steady presence with the people who decide. That reading came to Moz Petrol Energy & Consultory, where the role covers how the company is positioned with operators, suppliers, authorities and investors, and the commercial follow-through on opportunities from first contact to the point where the technical team takes over the mandate. The current focus is making sure what the company says about itself matches what it executes on the ground.
